Create a mental state of mind to guard yourself against bad influences.
Finish all you start as there is always something to learn.
Become a master of the mind and define your position, your values and virtues to adapt yourself as you cannot receive without effort.
The human mind can build and it can destroy.
What you say to another person will have an effect on them, good or bad.
Think and act for yourself.
Do not let others influence it, do not let others find fault, do not be sarcastic or offensive.

How long do you really want to live is up to you most of the time. Most people live a negative lifestyle as the effort to give it a go seems to hard. Look around you at the people walking around the shops. Lazy in their appearance, overweight and always looking for the easy way out of doing anything. Many do not care about their health until it is too late. I have decided I am not bullet proof and now wearing a smart wristband to let me know a lot of my health problems so I will be reminded to see a doctor about them and show the Doctor the findings on my smart phone which is smarter than I am. A famous admiral and an equally famous
general were fishing together when a sudden squall came up. When it died down both eminent warriors were struggling helplessly in the water.
The admiral floundered his way back to the boat and pulled himself painfully in.
Then he fished out the general, using an oar.
Catching his breath, he puffed: “Please don’t say a word about this to anyone.
If the Navy found I can’t swim I’d be disgraced.
“Don’t worry,” the general said. “Your secret is safe. I’d hate to have my men find out I can’t walk on water.”
The physical training instructor was drilling a platoon of soldiers.
“I want every man to lie on his back, put his legs in the air and move them as though he were riding a bicycle,” he explained. “Now begin!”
After a few minutes, one of the men stopped.
“Why did you stop. Smith?” demanded the officer.
“If you please, sir,” said Smith, “I’m free-wheeling for a while.”
