“ALWAYS BE A TEACHER AND A LEARNER.”
“Put yourself on the line and be the master of your own time.” Tom Short.
A person who only teaches a subject for years will not be as good as the worker who knows the subject and works at it for years.
Be active with your knowledge and pass it on.
I have been learning for the last seventy odd years and I hope I will be still learning the day I die.
Whether you are a carpenter, teacher, preacher or whatever we must all improve on the present and look at how we can inspire the future of humanity our lives will be richer in more ways than you realize.
Act and be an inspiration for others to follow in your footsteps.
Act in good faith and purpose so you and your followers will become richer.
As you progress along it will get easier because the top of your hill is getting closer to overcoming and you will be the master of achievements.
Always soldier on never quit as a quitter will never win and a winner never quits.
Just look in the mirror again and ask yourself? Am I a quitter, do not look away or kid yourself.
Deliberately look into your eyes in the mirror again and say it again.
Now think about what you saw in your own eyes.
Are you happy in your own mind with what you saw or you only still kidding yourself?
More people will put your ideas down than help you so do not help them by quitting.
You are the team leader do not let the team down even if you are the only one in the team.
Look around you, do you have a family as they will be expecting you to be a success not a failure.
You are not alone this day and age.
Your family, friends and community are your team and will be looking up to you.
People are every where seeing everything we do. Many look at how and then copy even though nobody is actually meaning to learn. I remember a child repeating things an adult said to other adults. No body new the child was listening and learning.
I was fishing one day as well and I spoke to a fisherman. My wife asked me what he caught. I said he caught a Mackerel. My wife asked me what kind. I said I do not know. My very young daughter standing near said, I know it was a Holy Mackerel. We laughed because I never use bad language in front of the children and would say ‘Holy Mackerel’ instead. Just goes to show you never know who is listening and learning.
“Little ears and eyes see and hear all big mouths say and do, then copy.”Tom Short.
“A smile and a hello will make any persons day.” Tom Short.
That was 40 years ago. My daughter is now all grown up and teaching me things. I have learned that at 76 years of age I am not bullet proof so have now started using a Smart wristband to help me with any signs of health problems as I do not want to find out the hard way about medical problems. A list of the helpful problems it can help me with are below.
A lot of people find out the hard way and never recover properly meaning their life is never the same. I have learned from others sad experiences. You are never too young to learn and follow from others unfortunate problems. Its is now or never with many so join me within the care of a Smart Wristband.
for your time, Tom Short.

Madeline was in the fertilized egg business. She had several hundred young ‘pullets’ and ten roosters to fertilize the eggs.
She kept records and any rooster not performing went into the soup pot and was replaced.
This took a lot of time, so she bought some tiny bells and attached them to her roosters.
Each bell had a different tone, so she could tell from a distance which rooster was performing.
Now, she could sit on the porch and fill out an efficiency report by just listening to the bells.
Madeline’s favorite rooster, old Butch, was a very fine specimen: but, this
morning she noticed old Butch’s bell hadn’t rung at all!
When she went to investigate, she saw the other roosters were busy chasing
pullets, bells-a-ringing, but the pullets hearing the roosters coming,
would run for cover.
To Madeline’s amazement, old Butch had his bell in his beak, so it couldn’t ring. He’d sneak up on a pullet, do his job, and walk on to the next one.
Madeline was so proud of old Butch, she entered him in the Westmorland Show and he became an overnight sensation among the judges.
The result was the judges not only awarded old Butch the “No Bell Peace Prize”: they also awarded him the “Pulletsurprise” as well.
Clearly old Butch was a politician in the making.
Who else but a politician could figure out how to win two of the most
coveted awards on our planet by being the best at sneaking up on the
unsuspecting populace and screwing them when they weren’t paying
