“A negative lifestyle is rotting so change to a positive ripening lifestyle and well-being.” Tom Short.

While you have depression your life will naturally be dead in the water because it is not moving forward. Your life is meant to grow with you as you are growing. Depression is a lack of productivity in life such as, a lack of self-confidence creating laziness, worry, tiredness and negative self-esteem.

Avoid the negative approach to everything in life.

Talk to friends and family with a positive attitude about everything and you will answer all your problems as you discuss all there is to talk about in life. The answers to all life’s problems will be answered without you realizing it at first. Challenging depression which can be contagious whether at home or in the work place by expressing support, by having a meaningful contribution like prioritizing workloads.

We all have a role to play this day and age. Always get help and look out for systems like toxic stress etc., because as a team we always win. Stress encourages a lot of other health problems. Stress and depression are a team and come in many forms being caused by many things like crowds, traffic, financial problems, lost sleep worrying, excessive noise, being lonely, a lack of income, boredom, poor food diet, nervous conditions, unable to make decisions and always fearful of the unknown. All causing drained energy, troubled relationships, having a health problem and letting it get you down.

Meditation, exercise of choice [Pilates, yoga, gym.] etc., can be a big help as you are also mixing with others and once again talking which is a big factor regardless what you talk about. Look at reducing depression and stress by using a list of your problems and dramas by organizing workloads, not holding a grudge and having a good laugh at everything in life. Do not always be serious about life.

Do not over do too much caffeine or alcohol and take your normal break from work and you will be better for it and everybody around you. In our lifetime we all will work laugh and cry as it is part of life so do not take problems to hart as it is part of human nature to stress and become depressed at times. Mixing with others will break the cycle of the negative and give you the opportunity to be positive and work through troubled times, keep your mind on the up and all will work out in time as that is your wealthy well-being for your lifetime.

Wake up call
A man and his wife were having some problems and were giving each other the silent treatment.

The next week, the man realized that he’d need his wife to wake him at 5a.m. for an early flight.

Not wanting to be the first to break the silence, he finally wrote on a piece of paper:

“Please wake me at 5 a.m.”

The next morning the man woke up, only to discover it was 9 a.m. and he’d missed his flight.

Furious, he was about to go and scream at his wife when he noticed a piece of paper by the bed that said: “It’s 5 a.m. Wake up.
