OUR HEALTH PROBLEMS
“Keep smiling and show the World your true beauty.” Tom Short.
Health problems start very early in life, but while you are young your growing body can cope with the abuse you give it, be it over eating, fast foods, smoking, alcohol, lack of exercise etc. Health problems start to show through when you hit the forties. Just small health problems that are so often passed off as nothing. Health problems start to get serious in the fifties but with a busy working life can still be passed off so when the sixties come along health problems can get the better of a lot of people.
By the forties we should start to look to the future health problems as a danger that will control how well you will be in your retirement years. Your health problems do not start over night when you retire. The seed was planted at a much early age from health neglect. Overdoing anything in your early years will come back to bite you later in life.
Hindsight is not a good thing with regards health problems in your latter years. As we get older we start to worry about health problems and aging. It is a bit late to worry, so don’t worry just go to work on your health problems. I know a woman who was told she had breast cancer. Everybody around her started to get worried and cry.
She just laughed and said o well I will get a cheap breast reduction and passed it off. What will be will be. Her attitude helped get her through the operation with flying colors even though she had heart failure as well and the doctors nearly lost her twice. A negative attitude will not help solve any problems. Be positive and you will find a better life in front of you. So Protect Your Life With a Smart Wristband as you only have One Life to Win or Lose.

…………………Laughter is the best medicine,
First-year students at the School of Veterinarian Medicine were attending their first anatomy class with a real dead cow. They all gathered around the surgery table with the cows body covered with a white sheet.
The professor started the class by telling them, “In Veterinary medicine it is necessary to have two important qualities as a doctor.
The first is that you not be disgusted by anything involving an animal’s body.” For an example, the professor pulled back the sheet, stuck his finger into the butt of the cow, withdrew it, and stuck his finger in his mouth. “Go ahead and do the same thing,” he told his students.
The students freaked out, hesitated for several minutes, but eventually took
turns sticking a finger in the butt of the dead cow and, sucked on it…….followed by assorted gagging, retching and spitting, etc.
When everyone had finished wiping their faces, the Professor looked at them and said, “The second most important quality is observation. I stuck in my middle finger and sucked on my index finger.
Now learn to pay attention. Life is tough but it’s even tougher if you’re stupid.”
