What is stress management?
It is in your mind only. It is how you perceive your ups and downs, good or bad. Getting the balance right can be positive or negative. Being able to cope is in the mind. To handle stress management properly is to be successful at balancing your lifestyle positively. How do you cope with a stressful negative problem? First of all have a healthy lifestyle. Eat proper well balanced meals. Have a proper sleep pattern. Be active with hobbies and interests with groups giving you reasonable exercise. Then stress becomes less of a problem.
We need a meaningful lifestyle boosting our goals in life giving us personal success in relieving stress. Being able to cope with stress gives us a healthy lifestyle of mental confidence as it is all in the mind. Our mind sees everything as good or bad. It is up to our minds how we see it in any situation. Will it be good or bad? Looking at it as bad means a negative situation causing stress and poor ability to think and work through any situation.
Taking on a stressful situation with a positive attitude becomes a challenge which improves personal growth and success giving our physical actions a challenge to succeed mentally.
Put yourself on the line and be the master of your own time.

NAPOLEON HILL QUOTES.
“The starting point of all achievement is DESIRE. Keep this constantly in mind. Weak desire brings weak results, just as a small fire makes a small amount of heat.”
“You are the master of your destiny. You can influence, direct and control your own environment. You can make your life what you want it to be.”
“Before success comes in any man’s life, he is sure to meet with much temporary defeat, and, perhaps, some failure. When defeat overtakes a man, the easiest and most logical thing to do is to quit. That is exactly what the majority of men do. More than five hundred of the most successful men this country has ever known told the author their greatest success came just one step beyond the point at which defeat had overtaken them.”
