“THE GENIUS WITHIN US”
We all have a genius within us. We do not use a lot of our ability until our physical ability starts to wane at about 40 years of age. Up until about 40 a lot of people use brawn and less brain. As the brawn wain people start to use more of their brain than brawn. It is amazing seeing athletes perform until they fade out near 40 years of age. Then you see them years later on TV, and think I never thought they were that smart when playing sport.
All our bad habits do not effect us as we are growing up. As you hit the 40 years of age if we let bad habits continue on, every health problem you have in the future will be starting to fester in your system. They will not show through straight away but 20 years later you will be noticing the tip of your iceberg health problems. Some worse than others.
Health wise the 40s are the start of a downhill aging problems if you do not check bad habits, on the other hand you must start to push your brain to take over from your youth full brawn life. It is time to wake up your brain and use it to stimulate your future. It is never too late to get it going.
The power of faith can be seen all around us and not just in a church. Have faith in your ideas. Persistence will pay off and a burning desire will make your plan turn to success. Every thought you have is made of nothing but when you make something of your thought you have something. Any person who plays sport hard or works hard in their everyday life is a winner.
for your time, Tom Short.

On a lighter side…………My teacher pointed a ruler at me and said. At the end of this ruler there is an idiot. I got into trouble when I asked which end.
A woman in a supermarket is following a grandfather and his badly behaved grandson.
He has his hands full with the child screaming for sweets, biscuits, and all sorts of things.
The grandfather is saying in a controlled voice: “Easy, William, we won’t be
long”. Another outburst and she hears the grandfather calmly say, “It’s
okay William. Just a couple more minutes and we’ll be out of here. Hang in there”.
At the checkout the little horror is throwing items out of the cart.
Grandfather says again in a controlled voice, “William, relax buddy, don’t get upset.
We’ll be home in five minutes, stay cool William.”
Very impressed, the woman goes outside to where the grandfather is loading
his groceries and the boy into the car. She says,
“It’s none of my business, but you were amazing in there. I don’t know
how you did it. That whole time you kept your composure, and no matter
how loud and disruptive he got, you just calmly kept saying that things
would be okay. William is very lucky to have you as his grandfather.”
“Thanks,” says the grandfather, “but I am William, this little bastard’s name is Kevin”.
Put yourself on the line and be the master of your own time.
