wealth and health “ARE YOU WHAT YOU EAT?”
THAT IS THE NO 1 QUESTION.
When we are young we can get away with what we eat because of our youthful exercise and growth. But as we get to our 40 years bad habits can start to kill us internally even though it does not always show until 50 to 60 years of age. Which makes retirement years a painful health time for your body and your wealth. We ignore our future health problems early in life as we are feeling well.
Do you know how your gut works? Your body needs a variety of different foods for our stomach to do the job properly especially as we are aging. Too many of the wrong foods are harmful to the bacteria in our stomach. We are not only feeding ourselves, we are also feeding microbes in the stomach which process our food. The microbes have thousands of fungi, bacteria and viruses in it helping with the production of amino acid and vitamins which work for the digestive system.
Poor diet causes the gut bacteria to become imbalanced with the good and bad bacteria affecting the gut flora. Our use of calories loses its efficiency stopping the digestive system from working properly.
Put yourself on the line and be the master of your own time.
for your time, Tom Short.

So they purchase that and stride to the lake. After
about two hours, Colin returns to the bait shop saying, ‘We’re going to
need another dozen ice picks.’
The shopkeeper is surprised and
wants to ask some questions, but he doesn’t. He sells the fisherman the
picks, and the old boy leaves.
About an hour later hour, Ben
arrives at the shop, ‘We’re going to need all the ice picks you’ve got.’
The bait man can’t stand it any longer. ‘Say man,’ he asks, ‘how are
you two fellows doing?’
‘Not very well at all,’ mutters an irritated Ben, ‘We haven’t even got the boat in the water yet.’
