WEALTH AND HEALTH “YOUR BALANCE IN LIFE.”
Reaching into a longer life is getting easier as time goes by. Years ago our life span was way down compared with today. Hard working conditions, poor food choice, being smokers, poor education, wars, primitive health conditions also kept our life span down. Large improvements in health education for all and upgraded lifestyle choices are making it much easier to improve our lifespan. Being able to have better hygiene, better quality foods and better opportunities to to be happy and mix with good company.
Still their many new ways to go backwards over the last 50 years.
New bad things for life expectancy are appearing like, drugs, fast and junk food outlets, less manual labour in the work force. That is mechanical equipment, better means of transport, TVs and other entertainment causing more spectators than competitors. More money means more excessive alcohol consumption and more pollution in big cities. The average life expectancy is now hitting the 80s.
A husband and wife working together can encourage one another into a better lifestyle. The same goes when you both get involved with groups in the community rewarding all participants with their good intentions which lifts ones spirits. We all have better opportunities to enjoy the outdoors in the garden, local parks, sporting fields, beaches and country sides. Having indoor plants can keep the indoor air fresh and can give more activity and interests.
Laughter is still one of the best medicines so be happy about anything thrown at you. Being carefree and optimistic. I myself collect more jokes than anything else. That is why I put a lot of jokes with my blogs. Health and wealth is my interest especially for the aging. Keep expanding your mind and your horizons. Wanting to be rich is great and positive for your longer lifestyle but remember to make all your wishes wealthy in health as well. To achieve all your desires are the real wealth.
Being financially stable will help all avoid embarrassing stressful depression. Being in debt will cause health problems to manifest into existence so that a shorter life can come on quickly. Be active with your younger family as they will keep you younger even though they will ware you out but will give you a better nights sleep which can be a problem if you tend to take afternoon naps when you should be having a good nights sleep instead. Having a lot of friends will keep you more active and feeling younger so that you will enjoy your nights sleep. GOOD night for now.

Do you want a joke?
As the storm raged, the captain released his ship was sinking fast. He called out, “Anyone here know how to pray?”
One man stepped forward. “Aye, Captain, I know how to pray.”
“Good,” said the captain, “you pray while the rest of us put on our life jackets – we’re one short.”
Two men were boasting to each other about their old army days.
“Why, my outfit was so well drilled,” declared one, “that when they presented arms all you could hear was slap, slap, click.”
“Very good,” conceded the other, “but when my company presented arms you’d just hear slap, slap, jingle.”
“What was the jingle?” asked the first. “Oh,” replied the other offhand, “just our medals.”
