Keep active, as you are aging keeping active with a little exercise by keeping on the move during the day will help you sleep productively at night. Keep active and you will find exercise works wonders by pumping up your endorphins and make you happier. It helps you get in the flow to boost effort to improve your sleep and help you relax.
